Returns & Refunds policy

1) Cancellations & no-shows

  • Please give ≥48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • If you cancel with <48 hours or do not attend, we may retain your deposit or deduct one session from a pre-paid course.

  • Repeated late cancellations/no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

2) Deposits & consultation fees

  • Deposits/consultation fees secure your appointment and are redeemed against treatment when you attend.

  • They are non-refundable on late cancellation/no-show

3) Pre-paid packages/courses

  • Non-refundable once purchased, non-transferable, and expire on the date stated at purchase. Unused sessions after expiry are forfeited.

  • Sessions used are recorded at each visit.

5) Refunds where we cancel or can’t provide

  • If we cancel and cannot reasonably rearrange, or a service cannot be provided, we will refund any prepayments for undelivered services.

6) Treatment outcomes & expectations

  • Aesthetics outcomes vary. Results are not guaranteed. Lack of desired outcome alone does not entitle to a refund if treatment was provided with reasonable care & skill and aligned with informed consent.

7) Adverse reactions & medical issues

  • If you experience an adverse reaction, contact us promptly for clinical review.

  • In exceptional medically-supported cases where treatment is contraindicated before commencement, we may consider options (e.g., transfer to a suitable alternative ) at manager/medical director discretion on receipt of medical evidence.

8) Products & skincare retail

  • Faulty/damaged or not-as-described products: we’ll refund or replace in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015—please notify us within a reasonable time (ideally within 7 days).

  • Unwanted/opened products: for hygiene/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once packaging is opened or seals are broken, unless faulty.

9) Gift cards & promotions

  • Gift cards are valid until the expiry date stated; no cash alternative.

  • Promotional/discounted packages follow the same cancellation and refund rules as standard packages.

10) How refunds are issued

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for processing by your bank/card provider.

11) How to request a refund or change

Email us with: full name, booking date, treatment purchased, proof of payment, and reason. We’ll confirm next steps.
